back next Gallery Notes The romance and lore associated with lighthouses and their keepers is the subject of many interesting books and articles. I enjoyed capturing these images of lighthouses stretching the eastern coast from North Carolina to Nova Scotia.  I try to pick vantage points that place lighthouses in relation to the elements they were meant to protect seafarers from.
