back next Brown Bear Gallery Notes I get my greatest pleasure photographing wildlife, particularly the  large mammals. Several trips to Alaska have enabled me to capture many images of brown bears at McNeil River and black bears at Anan Creek. The images of brown bears in this gallery were captured during two sepaerate trips to the McNeil River Game Sanctuary. A visit to McNeil River is a world class adventure. During my first visit I was privaleged to see over 60 bears in a single panoramic view of the falls!
